MICK is a registered mining and engineering surveyor with over twenty years of practical experience in the mining and construction industries. He has held management, senior staff and consulting positions for major mining and construction companies. In addition to business management and development, he fills statutory mine surveying and operational roles for various mining operations, conducts laser scanning and geodetic control projects and manages EPC Project Teams. Mick is the current Secretary of the Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors and an Assessor for the Surveyors Board of Queensland.

MATT is an experienced mining and engineering Surveyor with over ten years of practical experience. Having held several Senior Mine Surveyor roles, he specialises in surface mining and construction surveying. Additional skills include drill and blast engineering, geodetic control networks, mining reconciliation and bathymetric surveying. He is a hands-on problem solver, an accomplished people leader and team player with an eye for diligence and accuracy.

MARIO is a registered mine surveyor, with over 39 years of practical experience in surveying and over 34 years experience in the mining industry covering both hard rock and coal. His experience spans most states where has held senior surveying and management positions. He is one of the most experienced gyroscope surveyors in the country having performed more than 60 campaigns across Australia and overseas. Mario is on the Board of the Australian Institute of Mine Surveyors and is an Assessor the NSW Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (BOSSI).

MARTY is a qualified mine surveyor,with 10 years of mine industry experience. Focused on underground surveying across multiple operations, he has specialised in optimising control networks, surveying standards and precision laser scanning applications. Prior to his surveying career he was a team leader and investigator in various government roles. An experienced leader who focuses on efficiency and client service.

DUNCAN is an experienced business manager and spatial professional holding a Masters in Business Administration. Prior to joining Seam, he has operated businesses in Australia and Singapore, has held commodity logistics and business improvement roles in the resource sector. His resource industry knowledge includes numerous senior technical roles as Registered Mine Surveyor at surface and underground mining operations in the Hunter Valley and Bowen Basin. Providing strategic guidance, he is focused on sustainable growth, providing quality deliverables for clients and staff development.

SHAUN is the Construction & Machine Control Manager for Seam Surveys. He has worked in varied positions in mining and construction during the past 11 years. His experience includes: Machine Guidance Technician, Account Management, Business Development and Project Surveyor. Shaun has worked on numerous projects throughout Australia and internationally including Solar Farms, Landfill, Mining and Construction.
